
• Guidelines for the acquisition of natural color diamonds
The diamonds are purchased on the basis of the 4 Cs: cut, clarity, color and carat. But the value of natural colored diamonds in general, depends on the rarity of its color than any other 3 Cs, including carat weight. Because some colors are presented in a wide range of sizes and shapes, while others are rare, even in smaller sizes.
Since naturally colored diamonds come in a as wide range of colors and no two are identical, it is difficult to develop a rating system that can capture the special character of each individual stone. Experts Gemological Institute of America (GIA) and the International Gemological Institute (IGI) have three parameters for describing the color of these exquisite diamonds:
· Sunshine on a stone
Yellow diamonds are valued for their subtly dramatic appeal. The brightness of a yellow stone illuminates a woman with an aura, regardless of where they choose tones.
