Personally I'm happy because I like to see athletes (no matter what country) to achieve their personal goals to achieve the Olympics and performing the best of their ability. I feel bad for the athlete if he / she has been a favorite and fell a little short for some reason. In this time the athlete is likely to feel like a failure and I hope this feeling goes away. How many people in the world can say they're an Olympic medal? No much. This is an elite group of men and women, and when someone enters the group, which should be proud of, at least in my opinion.
