Ronald Joseph Berding, a leading South Florida managed care has created a dying industry giant five health plans, died June 23 at 60 years of a rare abdominal cancer.
Joe, as everyone called him, came to Florida from his native Kentucky in 1987 as Chief of management activities based Louisville Humana in Florida. He left in 2001 to transform a group health plan lost $ 120 dollars a year VISTA Healthplan in.
