How I can start and Santeria Yemaya?
We are a pagan family, and working mainly with the Kabbalah and the Magic of Chaos, daughter who is 11, was claimed by Yemaya and started building shrines to her. I want to help connect and work with the Orisha, but not "practice" Santeria or voodoo of (The Little Mermaid). Where can we go? Find a Santa is impossible while living in Maine. But we were picking songs accompanied by the drum, so that we can dance Yemaya this spring. I am very sincere about this and that my daughter to love as much as I like Yemaya Bast. If you've ever been to get a reading with a Santero, Do you know how you if your daughter was claimed by Yemaya? Note that you may find yourself unknowingly invite deceifetfull entities or energies on her daughter's life if you set yor an altar, without proper guidance, etc. I recommend a trip to Boston to find someone reputable for reading, etc. Please note that these entities are not worked actively and loved by hundreds or thousands of years, more specifically how they are revered, and I said to the Orishas are especially individuals who would an Egyptian spirit, etc. (which would probably be easier and free you accept and except, as the line breaks and educated people trying to rebuild things together, without a good source complete). There is a guy named Steve Quintana in Boston seems to have a good reputation, but I can not elaborate on this expierience staff. But Google his name and is a Boston Globe article written about him. Do some research or see more of Boston Botanica and see if you can find one that is connected him. Used to Own one in Brighton, but it closed several years ago. There is a great calling Botanica San Miguel, in Boston, but not the thing Bavaro and 21 divisions. O plan a family trip to New York and quickly find Botanica there.
