Not only increase their income, but their job satisfaction will also increase. There is much more pleasant to see to your work day and say with total conviction that your time is well spent.
To understand the best way your day, look at the three types of workers.
The first type of worker time is going. It evaluates its contribution in the number of hours spent at work. We often hear talk like this to describe how to engage them because they work 60 hours per week.
On the issue of time focused worker should ask is, what exactly they do in that time. Studies have shown that most workers are only effective for 20% of their working time. The remaining 80% includes things like breaks coffee, conversation, browsing the Internet, talk on the phone, ready to begin preparing for the end and all the other things that keep a busy person but not really productive.
The second type of worker is a specific activity. They realize that they are paid only for hours. Who reflect on the tasks that are paid to conduct and judge its value as an employee based on what they really do in the organization. Listening to these workers to describe how hard work, you get a list of all the things they do on a typical day.
The question of activity-based workers to ask is to what they are getting results that activity. You can be the best worker in your organization, but the job in May, did not contribute a single dollar in net profit.
I Many workers directly and many people fall into this category of workers. They really believe they are the backbone backbone society, because they work so hard, but change, in fact, if removed, would be very little.
The third type of workers are the results of workers oriented. The employee realizes that nobody is actually paid to put in hours or even to keep busy. People pay to produce results. If you are an employee or own are the results it produces that will ultimately determine the value of the organization and, therefore, sooner or later, your income level.
If you want to do most of their working day to ask how it's paid. Once you are clear on the outcome of your goal, then, periodically throughout the day, ask yourself if you at that time was producing the results you get paid to produce.
If the answer is "no" then stop doing that and start to do something that will produce adequate results.
Once the results focuses on systematically, the following step is to ask how we can improve the results we had. There's always room for improvement, no matter how good your results are. If you develop this combination of focus on results and continuous improvement, so you quickly discover that you enjoy your job much older and their incomes are rising.
