Algae is really an exceptional food you eat. The main reason for this is that is not touched by man. We algae hybrid we have not nearly all fruits and vegetables in the grocery store. This means that still contains all his goodness, just as nature intended. Algae can come in many different types. The three most important in my mind are dulse, seaweed ey malaria. So the algae that comes in different colors.
Algae are good for their mineral content that can benefit many Americans if they eat algae. Also supply of tap water is filled with fluoride, iodine our bodies has been replaced by fluorine. We need iodine in the frescoes of impressive fluoride in us. Not to mention all the people diagnosed with hypothyroidism, which can greatly benefit by increasing iodine intake.
The most popular algae called blue-green algae spirulina are sources of complete protein. Containing tons of various phytochemicals in our body, and contains many other vitamins and minerals we need. Algae or sea vegetables are undoubtedly some of the foods most powerful nation on earth, and are quite touched by man. We have not tinkered with their young, or get their hands on their genetic code and yet so this kind of super powerful while still can.
Eating seaweed is quite difficult to get used to though. It is extremely salty. Since minerals are not really affected by the kitchen, you can use in recipes that require for cooking. The best way I found to use algae for use as a salt substitute. Some cases will not work, but for salads, or something like that is perfect.
