Is it possible for a Wiccan or pagan affect or control the thoughts or feelings of another person?
Let a person is Wiccan or pagan, can create something like a love potion to fall in love with them? Or, if it bothers someone or anger, he can cast a spell or use a potion or charm to affect the other person or to damage or injury to another person. What dreams? Can affect a person?, I ask because I heard that this is true. Therefore, I would appreciate honest answers. Thanks!
Can they? Yes … except for this little dream. No. However, most of us follow the law of 3 or less variant. Basically what we offer we received in return. So to say I like a spell on someone.
