I take medication (tablets) twice a day and was wondering if anyone knows where I can find a cute or pretty small pillbox/case to carry in my purse.

Look in antique shops or vintage websites. You will find something pretty and unique. Or do as my mother in law and collect pillboxes from the places you travel to… or ask your friends to bring you pillboxes whenever they travel. That way you will have a variety of little boxes to choose from according to your mood, attire, purse or season.
