It is a remarkable book, with so many different ways.
In early 1990 David Pawson was invited to speak and teach at the monthly meetings Joint Church in a book of the Bible in order to increase interest and knowledge of the Bible.
He agreed to do it once a month for three hours talking with a cup of coffee and comfort! There would be a single provision. Participants were invited to read this book before and after her speech and education.
David Pawson is an internationally renowned teacher of the Bible, whose books are certainly the reading of dollars and whose teaching tapes are invaluable and is considered important for whole Church Jesus Christ in the days ahead.
After four months, such was the incredible interest, David has been pressured to give dates for the next five years to cover all the books of the Bible!
These "seminars" were recorded. I read each one and used in meetings men in particular.
Then came the request to publish this material, which began with a series of volumes, whose contents have been carefully edited.
This edition, with more than 1,300 pages is an excellent value, not only in monetary terms. It is full of meaning, purpose and object of each book of the Bible and all the maps and letters and comments where appropriate.
What David has given us is essentially an unusually detailed outline of the entire Bible.
One can say that here is a man's working life condensed into these pages, and is not a useless word. Forty years of study, research and presentation of the most able.
The poetry, wisdom literature, geography, history, the Gospels, Acts and the letters are being treated. It would be difficult to find a better book on this subject anywhere. This book belongs to the category of must-buy!
